O que devemos fazer para ter um cabelo saudável?                 

O cabelo é formado por três partes: cutícula, córtex e medula. Uma vez que essas estruturas sofram algum tipo de dano, o cabelo apresentará opacidade, pontas duplas, ressecamento, alta porosidade, falta de elasticidade, envelhecimento e frizz. Isso é o que caracteriza um cabelo não saudável.
